John Monet grew up in Long Island, New York City, in a family of business owners who helped to shape his views on fiscal policy. Today, he is a business owner in the Real Estate and investment sector. He has worked in the grassroots for many years and volunteered on the GOP Presidential campaigns of George W. Bush 2004, John McCain 2008, Ron Paul 2012.
Over the years he has been a passionate advocate for groups like The National Taxpayers Union and Log Cabin Republicans. In addition to this, he is the founder of the grassroots organizations Let's Make Our Voices Heard, an online network where everyday citizens get to make their voices heard.
